Blue vinyl 4-ring binder in very good condition. The clear plastic cover and inside cover are both marked with ink transfer from pages that were once in contact with the plastic. The last page has remnants of paper tape which covers some of the text, so a photocopy of the last page (without tape) is also included. Binder and inside pages in very good condition.
