Hardback. Green book cloth cover with gilt motifs and lettering on the spine. Corners rubbed. Remains of a sticker at the bottom of the spine. Half title page has been damaged and reconstructed. Small tears at top of following 2 pages have been repaired as has leading edge of last page. A few other pages have been similarly repaired. Top third of the pages are wrinkled (possibly from historic damp). Endpapers appear to have been replaced. Reverse of title page stamped ‘Supplied for the Public Service’.
