Fiction: Pierre Croizat has undertaken to raise a former German submarine sunk at a depth of fifty metres. The task is exceptionally difficult. Croizat and his team of divers have to fight against the extreme depth, nitrogen narcosis and fear.  Croizat finds a body in the wreck and  undertakes to find his wife.

Paperback in cellophane cover. Cover has ink scribbles on it but otherwise in very good condition. Inside pages yellowed around the edges and most are still folded (unseparated) along the top and leading edges. Half title page dedicated to Oscar Gugen (co-founder of the British Sub-Aqua Club) and signed by the author:
