Tombleson’s Thames and the Medway
Reproduction of the book of the same name first published c. 1830 by Black and Armstrong of 80 fine steel engravings depicting views along the rivers Thames and Medway. At the time the pictures were considered the most beautiful ever created and so most of the original books have been broken up so that the individual prints could be hand-coloured and framed.
